We created Infinite Family Health to support you in your health journey by naturally overcoming disease using a holistic approach, grounded in safety, that is supported by extensive conventional medicine experience. Dr. Lori Miller is joining our Infinite Family Health team/family in February 2022. She brings many
years of experience in both conventional and functional medicine. Integrating these two medical practices allows her to give you the answers you need regarding your health. Dr. Lori is committed to providing a supportive environment where she listens and hears your concerns. She will also offer resources to help heal and function the way your body was intended.

WHAT IS INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE?

Integrative medicine is a marriage of conventional Western medicine with other healing modalities, including complementary and alternative medicine. Integrative medicine neither rejects conventional medicine nor uncritically embraces alternative therapies. Rather, integrative medicine can be described
as a practice that tailors the individual patient’s recommendations from the best scientifically supported therapies of both systems.

DEFINING PRINCIPLES OF INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE:

Patient and practitioner are partners in the healing process. All factors that influence health, wellness and disease are taken into consideration including not only the body but also the mind, spirit, and community. Appropriate use of both conventional and alternative methods facilitates the body’s innatehealing response. Effective interventions that are natural and less invasive should be used whenever possible. Good medicine is based on good science. It is inquiry-driven and open to new paradigms. Broader concepts of health promotion and prevention of illness are paramount. Practitioners of integrative medicine should exemplify its principles and commit themselves to self-exploration and self-development.

New Patients:
 Consult without new labs: $225 (45 min)

• Review of past & current health history to create a health care plan Consult with new labs: $300 (60 min)

• Review of past & current health history in addition to full review of your functional lab panel to create a functional care plan. Functional lab panel results needed 1 week prior to visit. Consult and review of multiple labs: $300 (60 min)

• Lab results needed 1 week prior to consult. Consult and review of single lab (thyroid, lipid, CBC): $225 (45 min)

• Lab results needed 1 week prior to consult. Adult complete physical w/no health concerns: $300 (60 min)

• Annual physical for adult female or male including breast exam, vaginal exam, and prostate exam upon request. Includes vitals and complete physical. Adult complete physical w/health concerns: $450 (90 min)

• Annual physical for adult female or male (as mentioned above) with current health concerns. Acute health concern: $150 (30 min)

• Vitals and review of current health challenges (sore throat, rash, cold, ear pain, etc.). Well child exam: $225 (45 min)

• A well child pediatric exam to support growing newborns through childhood for children of parents who would like an expert opinion on traditional and holistic options for raising happy, healthy children (post birth, 3-month, 6-month, 12-month, 18-month, 24-month, etc.). Established Patients Functional Lab Panel Review: $225 (45 min)

• Functional Lab Results needed 1 week prior to consult. Multiple lab review: $150-225 (30-45 min) Lab results needed 1 week prior to consult. Single lab review (thyroid, lipid, CBC): $75 (15 min)

• Lab needed 1 week prior to consult. Additional time-$75 (15 min) Monthly accountability check in: $75 (15 min)

• Review of supplements, nutrition & other questions Adult complete physical w/no health concerns: $225 (45 min)
